Whitstable SOS Protest 2023

Feargal Sharkey, Paul Whitehouse, Jenny Jones and local councillor Chris Cornell were guest speakers at the Save Our Seas Protest on 23rd September 2023. Hundreds of people wearing red lined Tankerton slopes in a show of anger at Southern Water releasing untreated sewage into the sea.

Katy Colley from boycottwater bills.com was there in support of the many people who are refusing to pay their water bills, and labelling the complaints processes in the industry “a sham” and not fit for purpose.
